At The Tactician, we stand by the quality of our gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original condition and include all tags, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
